Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success for SMB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers and Digital Program Managers to support SMB customers and enhance customer experience
  • Design and execute automated customer journeys and tech-touch programs in collaboration with CS Operations
  • Drive engagement and knowledge-sharing within the Customer Community to foster customer-led value and adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience in the B2B SaaS space, with direct ownership of customer relationships
  • 3+ years of experience leading digital-first or scaled Customer Success programs
  • Experience managing teams focused on SMB or high-volume customer segments
  • Familiarity with Customer Community platforms and engagement strategies
