Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success for SMB.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Customer Success Managers and Digital Program Managers to support SMB customers and enhance customer experience
- Design and execute automated customer journeys and tech-touch programs in collaboration with CS Operations
- Drive engagement and knowledge-sharing within the Customer Community to foster customer-led value and adoption
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Customer Success experience in the B2B SaaS space, with direct ownership of customer relationships
- 3+ years of experience leading digital-first or scaled Customer Success programs
- Experience managing teams focused on SMB or high-volume customer segments
- Familiarity with Customer Community platforms and engagement strategies
