Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Experience leading customer success or account management teams in high-growth environments
- Proven ability to manage and develop team members effectively
- Strong presence in customer interactions, especially with high-value clients
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries is preferred but not mandatory
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments while balancing execution with long-term strategy
