A company is looking for an Inbound/Outbound Call Center Representative-CST.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 25 outbound calls per hour to schedule doctor appointments
- Handle high volume incoming calls to assist patients with scheduling and inquiries
- Accurately book and confirm appointments while managing patient information in systems
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare
- Familiarity with scheduling software and CRM systems is a plus
- Proficiency in data entry and computer use is required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain productivity
- Empathetic approach to patient interactions, especially with sensitive information
