Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound/Outbound Call Center Representative-CST.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make a minimum of 25 outbound calls per hour to schedule doctor appointments
  • Handle high volume incoming calls to assist patients with scheduling and inquiries
  • Accurately book and confirm appointments while managing patient information in systems
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and CRM systems is a plus
