- Drive customer onboarding, training, and advocate for customer needs internally
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in a technical customer-facing role
- Experience in SaaS and startup environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience working with product and engineering teams or developer tools is preferred
