Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Major to join the Sales & Success Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage business relationships for approximately 85 customers in the Major CSM segment
- Drive product adoption, provide strategic guidance, and identify risk & expansion indicators
- Collaborate with Account Executives & Renewal Managers to mitigate churn and grow accounts
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success in B2B SaaS/Software
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience managing 50+ customer relationships
- Proven success in building relationships with senior-level decision makers
- Experience with consulting and providing strategic guidance related to social media tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
