Key Responsibilities
- Liaise and validate complex requirements from Service Operations related to HTM applications
- Direct activities to streamline deployment processes and influence necessary changes
- Provide second-level support for HTM applications and coordinate incident resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years' experience in high-volume help desk support
- Experience with application platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Familiarity with database management and scripting (e.g., SQL, mySQL)
- Experience in healthcare or related high-urgency environments
