Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee customer relationships and ensure the successful adoption of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on renewals and expansions
- Consult with customers to optimize the adoption of technology solutions and showcase value through business reviews
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and close expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in a SaaS technology company
- Experience managing client engagements with deal sizes ranging from $100k to $5M
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce, G-Suite, Microsoft products, and Zoom
- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
