Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success role
- 1+ years of experience using Salesforce CRM with intermediate to expert knowledge
- Experience in a SaaS/Technology company or fast-growing start-up preferred
- Proven project management skills and ability to meet key objectives and timelines
- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence to engage effectively with customers
