Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance the adoption of its AI-powered platform in K-12 education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers in school districts
  • Leverage technology and industry expertise to optimize customer use of the AI platform and analyze adoption trends
  • Identify upsell opportunities and implement retention strategies to drive Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) and Net Dollar Retention (NDR)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or consultative roles within the technology (SaaS) industry
  • Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales environments
  • Experience in managing and expanding customer accounts while driving retention
  • Passion for K-12 education and improving student outcomes through innovative solutions
