Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance the adoption of its AI-powered platform in K-12 education.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers in school districts
- Leverage technology and industry expertise to optimize customer use of the AI platform and analyze adoption trends
- Identify upsell opportunities and implement retention strategies to drive Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) and Net Dollar Retention (NDR)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or consultative roles within the technology (SaaS) industry
- Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales environments
- Experience in managing and expanding customer accounts while driving retention
- Passion for K-12 education and improving student outcomes through innovative solutions
