A company is looking for a Customer Specialist, Inbound, supporting the Eastern United States remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for lenders, real estate agents, and borrowers, providing education on the Knock Bridge Loan
- Resolve inquiries and provide technical assistance while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams and support the learning experiences of others
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Flexibility to work Eastern hours from 9 am to 6 pm
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
- Real estate license preferred or extensive experience working with agents
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
