Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist (Mid-Market).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the contract renewal cycle for assigned customers, ensuring high retention rates
- Create and deliver accurate renewal quotes, documenting all client interactions
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Development, or Business Development
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company or K12 industry preferred
- Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a quota-carrying role
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM solutions is preferred
