- Maintain working knowledge of client products and services while meeting team KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English and Russian language skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Experience in customer service
- Analytical and research skills
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
