A company is looking for a Sleep Coach (Call Center Agent).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to patients for CPAP supply reorders, aiming for a 50% reorder rate
• Promote sales of replacement masks and filters, targeting 80% of orders to include a mask
• Verify and update patient records, ensuring accurate information and maintaining professionalism in interactions

Required Qualifications:

• GED or High School Diploma
• Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
• Ability to work in accordance with security policies to safeguard information
• Capability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods
