Job Summary
A company is looking for a DMPS Support Engineer to provide remote technical support for hosted and on-premise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide product/customer support for global clients and manage incident flow
- Triage and escalate incidents according to standard operating procedures
- Act as a liaison between engineering and consulting teams to resolve incidents
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting multi-tier cloud applications/software products
- Good understanding of enterprise-level application and infrastructure support
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and AWS concepts
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
