Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tier 1 support to clients, enhancing their experience
  • Escalate customer support issues as needed and confirm acceptance of escalated issues
  • Prepare hardware for customers and maintain accurate customer documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Help Desk Specialist or in a similar role
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support
  • Ability to manage and coordinate with third-party vendors
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Availability to work weekdays from 8am - 5pm Eastern Time
