Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 support to clients, enhancing their experience
- Escalate customer support issues as needed and confirm acceptance of escalated issues
- Prepare hardware for customers and maintain accurate customer documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Help Desk Specialist or in a similar role
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support
- Ability to manage and coordinate with third-party vendors
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Availability to work weekdays from 8am - 5pm Eastern Time
