A company is looking for a Graduate Programme (remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Conducting product walkthroughs and providing resolutions to customers' queries
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience at a start-up or in a customer support role
- Strong analytical background, particularly with math and numbers
- Experience with databases, including SQL queries
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with support/service software like Zohodesk
