Job Summary
A company is looking for a Buyer Development & Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to customers across multiple channels to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct outbound outreach to attract new buyers and drive buyer development in Mexico
- Handle inbound calls, emails, live chats, and assist with listing support tasks
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (writing, reading, and speaking)
- Strong commitment to customer service and improving the buyer experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
