Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist in the Pacific Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to servicing inquiries and concerns
- Handle multiple aspects of servicing, including customer service and delinquent loan resolution
- Maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures for servicing products
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Mortgage Loan Servicing experience preferred but not required
- 1+ years of call center experience preferred but not required
- Customer Service experience in Retail, Hospitality, Food Service, Banking, etc. will be considered
