Key Responsibilities
- Provide a positive customer experience throughout the installation process
- Guide customers through the remote installation and setup of POS systems
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance via various communication methods
Required Qualifications
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical hardware issues
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
- Point of Sale software experience is a plus
