A company is looking for a Hardware IT Support/Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a positive customer experience from installation to go live
- Guide customers through remote installation and setup of Mynt POS systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via various communication channels
Required Qualifications
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical hardware issues
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
- Point of Sale software experience is a plus
