Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Training Specialist to deliver training and support for their software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver formal training classes remotely on the Home Health & Hospice product line
  • Mentor new training staff and manage customer escalations
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve training strategies and processes
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in training adult users on software applications
  • Knowledge of software implementations and system workflows
  • Ability to work with diverse skill levels of adult learners
  • Bachelor's degree in education, technology, or a related field preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools and experience with Smartsheets, Salesforce, and Financial Force is a bonus
