A company is looking for a Customer Training Specialist to deliver training and support for their software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver formal training classes remotely on the Home Health & Hospice product line
- Mentor new training staff and manage customer escalations
- Collaborate with other departments to improve training strategies and processes
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in training adult users on software applications
- Knowledge of software implementations and system workflows
- Ability to work with diverse skill levels of adult learners
- Bachelor's degree in education, technology, or a related field preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Tools and experience with Smartsheets, Salesforce, and Financial Force is a bonus
