A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support the growth and delivery of learning programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain learning and performance platforms for onboarding and development initiatives
- Transform provided content into structured learning experiences and ensure materials are engaging and functional
- Coordinate learning initiatives and support performance management processes across various audiences
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, LMS administration, or program coordination
- Proficient in learning and performance systems such as Docebo or comparable tools
- Skilled in using authoring tools and presentation software for creating learning experiences
- Experience in building and optimizing processes to support growth and scale
- Previous exposure to healthcare and working with remote teams is a plus
