Job Summary
A company is looking for a B2C CVM Marketing Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a Customer Value Management (CVM) strategy and communication plan through CRM channels
- Assign tasks to analysts, generate hypotheses, and optimize the CVM strategy and promotional budget
- Plan and launch personalized mailings and trigger campaigns, including conducting A/B tests across all CRM channels
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in CVM marketing
- Proven successful cases of revenue growth from CVM campaigns and ARPU increase
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis and hypothesis generation
- Understanding of customer base segmentation principles and A/B testing
- Experience in team management (1-2 people)
