Cybersecurity Academic Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Cyber Network Security Academic Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist students in developing academic skills in both general and online classroom settings
• Provide coaching and support in study skills, including reading, note-taking, organization, and time management
• Tutor live in Zoom during afternoons/evenings and one weekend day, requiring reliable high-speed internet

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a regionally accredited institution
• 1-2 years of work experience within the past 5 years
• Coursework in Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing preferred
• Knowledge of the OSI and TCP/IP Models and Network/Server Administration
• Experience supporting distance learning students in a hands-on learning environment
