A company is looking for a Damage Prevention Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and process locate tickets from state 811 One-Call centers using third-party software
- Review internal facility records and dispatch tickets requiring facility locates to appropriate teams
- Manage customer calls and resolve issues related to dig tickets or facility damages
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent with four years of experience, including three years of direct experience
- College hours or a college degree may substitute for some experience
- Prior experience in a Call Center or dispatch environment
- Ability to deal with the public in a professional manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
