Key Responsibilities
- Navigate and analyze data from Tableau to create insightful reports
- Understand and track key call center metrics such as hold times and quality metrics
- Consolidate month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter data into clear presentations for leadership
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in Tableau, including navigating dashboards and interpreting data
- Experience in data analysis and presenting findings clearly
- Ability to understand business metrics and trends
- Call center metrics experience is a plus but not required
- Contract employment type with an associate seniority level
