Data Analyst for Pharmacy Claims

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Processing Systems Analyst to design, build, and maintain data pipelines supporting pharmacy claims operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AWS Glue workflows and Python-based ETL pipelines for data ingestion and processing
• Monitor and troubleshoot production support issues for the CPE platform and ensure data integrity
• Analyze client data quality and recommend process improvements during new implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of data technology experience
• 3+ years of experience with AWS Glue, S3, RDS SQL Server, and Python for ETL
• Proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and query optimization
• Experience with healthcare data, particularly EHR and pharmacy claims
• Knowledge of HI-Trust security standards and familiarity with the 340B program regulations is preferred
