Data Center Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Operations Engineer to support internal and external customers by managing data center environments and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize server environments, troubleshoot network and application issues
• Perform ongoing maintenance and documentation of data center equipment and procedures
• Provide technical support, including racking, cabling, and managing hardware inventory

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of server hardware, network devices, and data storage systems
• Experience with fiber optic testing and cleaning
• Familiarity with data center power management solutions and ITSM tools
• CCNA certification is a plus
