Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data systems to meet departmental data needs
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading
• Manage Azure DevOps releases and optimize data systems' performance

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with SQL for complex queries and performance optimization
• Strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation and automation
• Experience with Azure Function Apps and data processing frameworks like Apache Spark
• Knowledge of data management, governance, security, and privacy best practices
• History working in the parks and recreation industry or local government agencies is preferred
