Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain data structures, workflows, and integrations for accurate business processes
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and create new API integrations to handle increasing data volume
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while collaborating with analytics and engineering teams to automate data analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive software experience in relevant technologies
• 3+ years of experience in designing complex service-oriented systems
• Strong experience in the Databricks ecosystem and advanced analytics tools using Python, Java, or Scala
• Database development experience with SQL, SPARK, or BigQuery, and familiarity with NoSQL databases like Hadoop and MongoDB
• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field is preferred
