Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Entry Claims Clerk to provide claims support and data entry services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing, and adjusting claims
- Authorize payments or refer claims for further review and maintain claims tracking database
- Analyze trends and provide reports while meeting productivity and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Basic proficiency with computers and Windows PCs
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility for shift schedules and occasional overtime
