Data Reconciliation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, HP Data Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Health Partner Lifecycle (HPLC) Data Reconciliation team
• Develop and manage processes related to inbound and outbound provider data files
• Ensure accurate updates to data exceptions and compliance with provider contract documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analysis and/or root cause analysis
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in operations or IT
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience working with provider data preferred
