GIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GIS Analyst to support data visualization and sharing efforts related to agricultural resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Create maps and spatial data products for presentations and publications
• Maintain and update the Protected Agricultural Lands Database
• Research external spatial data products for analyses and assist in GIS training for staff

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Esri products (ArcPro and ArcGIS online)
• Experience with Esri web applications like StoryMaps and Data Dashboards
• Ability to create map layouts using cartographic principles
• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Environmental Studies, or related field
• 1+ years of professional GIS experience or 3+ years in agriculture with GIS application
