Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design machine learning models and algorithms
• Work with product managers to drive strategies for product functionality and user experience enhancement
• Manage and analyze large-scale data to extract insights and support business decisions

Required Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or Computer Science
• 1+ years of experience applying machine learning and statistical modeling
• Strong understanding of deep learning and generative AI, with experience in large language models and NLP techniques
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning principles and causal inference techniques
• Practical experience with modern ML frameworks, preferably PyTorch or TensorFlow
