Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Retention Analyst to support data retention and records management compliance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise on Data Retention to key stakeholders and assist in major initiatives
- Collaborate with business units, IT, and other departments to ensure compliance and effective data management
- Analyze data retention requirements and maintain metrics and reporting as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma required; advanced degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in a regulated environment
- Experience with complex data and information management
- Ability to learn and apply banking regulations and privacy requirements
- Experience with record retention schedules and managing records in enterprise systems is a plus
