Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to inform decision-making
• Create internal tools and frameworks to streamline data science workflows and experimentation
• Build and deploy machine learning models that drive actionable insights and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a data science role with hands-on exposure to experimentation and machine learning
• Deep understanding of statistical inference and experimental design
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with supervised learning models and model evaluation techniques
• Track record of building reusable components or tools that improve productivity
