A company is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to manage the quote-to-cash process and support sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of new business deals from pricing to contract execution
- Support contract renewals and amendments in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales
- Manage the Salesforce CPQ tools and ensure smooth deal workflows and approvals
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or RevOps in a SaaS/B2B environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ
- Strong analytical skills and a mindset for continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and drive outcomes
- Experience in process improvement and automation
