Job Summary

A company is looking for a Depot Special Delivery technician to provide technical support and service for equipment configurations and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, repair, and ship equipment according to service level agreements (SLA)
  • Utilize the Service Now ticketing system for ticket assignments and updates
  • Maintain a clean workspace and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Certifications such as A+, HP, and Dell for hardware repairs
  • Knowledge of Windows OS (7, 8.x, 10) and Microsoft Office (2007-2016, Office 365)
  • Familiarity with Apple MAC OS and basic troubleshooting of VPNs
  • Experience with remote tools (e.g., RDP, Team Viewer)
  • Ability to use ticketing systems like Remedy or ServiceNow
