Job Summary
A company is looking for a Depot Special Delivery technician to provide technical support and service for equipment configurations and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, repair, and ship equipment according to service level agreements (SLA)
- Utilize the Service Now ticketing system for ticket assignments and updates
- Maintain a clean workspace and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications and Education
- Certifications such as A+, HP, and Dell for hardware repairs
- Knowledge of Windows OS (7, 8.x, 10) and Microsoft Office (2007-2016, Office 365)
- Familiarity with Apple MAC OS and basic troubleshooting of VPNs
- Experience with remote tools (e.g., RDP, Team Viewer)
- Ability to use ticketing systems like Remedy or ServiceNow
