Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Director to augment the creative team for an education and financial services client.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead a team of designers while executing critical projects
• Champion best practices in UX/UI and collaborate cross-functionally
• Design end-to-end digital experiences and produce wireframes and prototypes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX/UI design experience, with 1-3 years in a leadership role
• A strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and execution
• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems
• Experience in complex digital product environments
• Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365 & Teams
