- Contribute to IT projects, including security audits and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a technology-related field or relevant certifications with experience
- Minimum of three years of experience supporting global infrastructure in a multinational organization
- Proven experience troubleshooting hardware, desktop applications, and cloud applications
- Experience in delivering technical training to both technical teams and end-users
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment
