Job Summary
A company is looking for a Development Assistant to provide administrative support for the Advancement and Alumni Relations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, recordkeeping, and email management
- Coordinate the internal process for scholarships, maintaining spreadsheets and responding to inquiries
- Reconcile alumni and friends' data, updating information in the Salesforce system and conducting prospect research
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Effective professional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Well-organized, self-starter with the ability to follow through with tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs
