Nevada Licensed Justice Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Justice Liaison to engage with members identified by the Nevada judicial system and support their social determinants of health needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach for service engagement and support members' social determinants of health needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including judges and community organizations
• Assist in care coordination and communicate court-related follow-up to the interdisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Counseling, Social Work, Public Health, Sociology, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
• 2+ years of related experience in Health Insurance, Criminal Justice, Healthcare Navigation, Supportive Housing Services, or Reentry Services
• Valid driver's license required due to travel needs
• Must pass background checks for ongoing employment
• Citizenship status required
