Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator, Development Communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate information and project management systems for the Development Communications team
- Manage the team workplan and assist in creating reports and presentations
- Support communication efforts with major donors and maintain donor-related materials
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent with a minimum of three years of administrative work experience; Bachelor's degree may substitute up to two years
- Experience in managing projects or information systems and working with document libraries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with contact databases
- Experience with collaborative project management systems, such as Asana
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and conduct work via teleconference and email
