Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Development Communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate information and project management systems for the Development Communications team
  • Manage the team workplan and assist in creating reports and presentations
  • Support communication efforts with major donors and maintain donor-related materials
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent with a minimum of three years of administrative work experience; Bachelor's degree may substitute up to two years
  • Experience in managing projects or information systems and working with document libraries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with contact databases
  • Experience with collaborative project management systems, such as Asana
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and conduct work via teleconference and email
