A company is looking for a Manager, Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement a comprehensive plan to achieve a fundraising goal of at least $500,000 through three events annually
- Support the recruitment and stewardship of event participants and community partners
- Analyze event performance and ensure adherence to budgets and Association standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 or more years of professional experience in fundraising and event planning
- Experience in managing Peer-to-Peer campaign fundraising preferred
- Experience in recruiting and managing Walk Teams and Corporate Partners preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, video conferencing software, and experience with CRM systems preferred
