Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Development Operations to oversee development operations systems and support the Development Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the Development Associate, ensuring accountability and career development
• Oversee gift entry, acknowledgement processing, and data hygiene best practices
• Build donor lists and monitor campaign performance to inform fundraising strategies

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in development operations within a nonprofit setting
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM for nonprofit fundraising
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in development operations
• Proficient in Microsoft & Google products and online meeting tools
