A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support clinical operations through efficient onboarding of new practices and provider organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders from provider sales for new and returning clients, ensuring data accuracy in reporting
- Prepare for new practice onboarding by securing necessary documentation and access
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Sales support experience preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce and/or prior relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge of applicable software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
