Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Analytics Manager to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of a measurement framework for AI products and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a unified measurement framework to track usage, performance, engagement, and business impact of AI products
- Define and operationalize key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Lead instrumentation strategy and guide engineering teams on data tagging, tracking, and data pipeline setup
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in digital/product analytics, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or strategic role
- Experience defining analytics for AI/ML products or data-driven applications
- Strong understanding of product analytics tools and data platforms
- Skilled in SQL and data manipulation; familiarity with Python or R is a plus
- Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and predictive analytics
