Business Intelligence Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Business Intelligence and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage data analysis to support various analytic solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to develop tools and services for data requirements
• Lead cross-functional projects and present analysis and insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analytics and business intelligence reporting experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma or GED required
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a customer service-focused organization
• Experience with headcount planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, and Power BI
