Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Data Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine processes to source, score, and tag high-priority accounts for Sales & Marketing targeting
- Develop and implement a 3rd party data vendor strategy to enrich accounts
- Ensure onboarding and integration of data sources into systems in collaboration with Data Engineering and CRM teams
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Strategy and/or Marketing Operations, with 3+ years managing 3rd party data vendors
- Able to investigate root causes of problems and ensure execution
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and elevating issues for leadership
- Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to solving business problems
- Ability to adapt and work flexibly in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
