Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Engagement Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-farm expertise to assist customers with precision agriculture technologies and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Act as a coach to enhance digital acumen among squad members and drive customer engagement through solution selling
• Identify transformative farmers and develop use cases for digital solutions while training team members on implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an agricultural field
• 8 years of experience in agriculture and/or digital fields
• Expertise in digital software (FieldView, DMP) and hardware compatibility
• Experience working with seed/chem sellers and growers
• Strong ability to influence and motivate key stakeholders
